01About these terms

This website is operated by Albaari, a modest wear brand based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms, along with our Privacy policy, Shipping & delivery policy and Returns & exchanges policy.

To order, you must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, and give a real Pakistani delivery address and a working phone number.

02Using the site

You are welcome to browse, share and order. You must not:

• Copy our product photos, descriptions or page designs for another store.
• Place fake orders, or repeatedly refuse cash-on-delivery parcels.
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site.
• Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Post abusive, misleading or unlawful content anywhere on it.

We may refuse service or block access if any of this happens.

03Products & colours

We photograph every piece in natural light and describe fabric and fit as accurately as we can. Even so, screens differ — the same abaya can look warmer on one phone and cooler on another — so a small difference in shade between the photo and the garment is not a fault.

• Fabric weave, dye lots and embroidery placement vary slightly between pieces.
• Measurements in the Size guide may vary by about an inch, since garments are stitched by hand.
• Stock shown on the site is live but can sell out during checkout. If that happens we contact you and refund in full.

04Prices

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm.
• Prices can change at any time, but the price you paid at the time of a confirmed order will not change afterwards.
• If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a typing or technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour it.

05Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order — by email, WhatsApp or phone. The on-screen order number is a receipt of your request, not our acceptance.

When we may cancel an order

• The item is out of stock or has a pricing error.
• The address is incomplete, or we cannot reach you for 48 hours to confirm a COD order.
• The address is outside Pakistan, or outside our courier network.
• We suspect fraud, resale or abuse of a discount code.

You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. After dispatch, the returns policy applies.

06Payment

• We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash and online card payment where available.
• Cash on delivery is available up to Rs. 25,000 per order; above that we ask for advance payment.
• Advance-payment orders are dispatched once the payment shows in our account.
• Card details are handled by the payment gateway. We never see or store your card number.

07Delivery

We deliver inside Pakistan only. Delivery timelines given on the site are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees, and risk in the goods passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address you gave. Full details are on the Shipping & delivery page.

08Returns & exchanges

Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery, and items must be unworn with tags attached. Innerwear, hijab caps, niqabs, sale items and custom-stitched pieces are final sale. The full rules, including who pays the courier, are on the Returns & exchanges page and form part of these terms.

09Discounts & sales

• One discount code per order; codes cannot be combined unless we say so.
• Codes have no cash value, cannot be resold, and expire on the stated date.
• Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.
• Sale prices apply while stock lasts and are not applied retroactively to earlier orders.
• We may withdraw a code at any time if it is being misused.

10Photos & content

The Albaari name, logo, product photography, written descriptions and page designs belong to us and are protected under the copyright and trademark laws of Pakistan. You may share our posts and link to our pages. You may not reuse our photos or copy for another shop, reprint our designs, or present our work as your own.

11Reviews & customer photos

Honest reviews are welcome, including critical ones. By posting a review or sending us a photo you allow us to display it on the site and our social pages, with your first name only. We remove reviews that contain abuse, personal information or spam, and we take down any customer photo on request.

12Liability

We stand behind what we sell. If an item is faulty, wrong or damaged on arrival, we replace it or refund it in full.

Beyond that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses — missed events, travel costs, or loss of profit — arising from a delayed or failed delivery. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan.

The site is provided as it is. We aim to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise it will be free of errors or never go offline.

13Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by strikes, protests, road or internet closures, security situations, floods or extreme weather, courier disruption, power failures, or government restrictions. Where such an event affects your order we will contact you and offer to hold, replace or refund it.

14Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We will always try to resolve things directly first — most issues are settled in a single WhatsApp conversation.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. We may update these terms at any time; the current version is always the one on this page.
