Shipping & delivery
Every Albaari parcel is packed in Lahore and handed to the courier the same working day wherever we can. Here is exactly what happens after you place an order.
01Where we deliver
Pakistan only
Albaari delivers inside Pakistan only. We do not ship to any address outside the country, and we cannot deliver to foreign forwarding addresses or hotels abroad. If you are ordering as a gift for someone in Pakistan, just put their Pakistani address and phone number at checkout.
We cover all four provinces plus Islamabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, through our courier partners TCS, Leopards and M&P. A handful of very remote union councils are outside courier range — if yours is one of them, we will call you within one working day and refund in full.

The exact amount is always shown on the checkout page before you confirm, so there is nothing to work out yourself and nothing added later.
03How soon we dispatch
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, are packed and dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on Sunday go out on the next working day.
- Sundays and public holidays are non-working days for both us and the couriers.
- During Ramadan, Eid and sale weeks, dispatch can take 1–2 extra working days. We announce this on our Instagram before it happens.
Order confirmation
Cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed by a short WhatsApp message or call first. If we cannot reach you for 48 hours, the order is put on hold rather than cancelled, and we try again.

05Tracking your order
- You place the orderAn order number is shown on screen and sent to your email address.
- We pack and dispatchYou get a WhatsApp or SMS with the courier name and tracking number.
- You track it liveEnter that number on the courier’s own website to see where the parcel is.
- The rider calls youUsually on the morning of delivery, so keep the number you gave us switched on.
No tracking number after two working days? WhatsApp us your order number at 0335 0059819 and we will find it for you.
06Cash on delivery
- Available at every address we deliver to, up to Rs. 25,000 per order.
- Pay the rider in cash, in Pakistani Rupees, at the door. Riders cannot give change on large notes, so please keep the amount ready.
- Above Rs. 25,000 we ask for advance payment by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash.
- Repeatedly refusing COD parcels means future orders will need advance payment.
07Receiving your parcel
You are welcome to open the parcel and check the item in front of the rider before paying. Please do this — it is the fastest way to catch a wrong or damaged piece.
- Check the size label, colour and item count against your order.
- Record a short unboxing video if the outer packaging looks torn or opened.
- Anything wrong or missing: report it within 48 hours and we cover the return cost. See Returns & exchanges.
Please note
Trying garments on is not part of the doorstep check. Once the rider leaves, size swaps follow the normal exchange policy.
08Missed deliveries & wrong addresses
- Couriers attempt delivery up to three times before returning the parcel to us.
- Please give a complete address with house or shop number, street, sector or mohalla, and a nearby landmark. Incomplete addresses are the single biggest cause of delay.
- To change an address, WhatsApp us before dispatch. Once the parcel is with the courier we cannot edit it.
- If a prepaid parcel comes back to us because nobody accepted it, we refund the item value; the delivery charge is not refundable.
09Delays outside our control
The timelines above are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Delivery can run late because of strikes, protests, road or internet closures, security situations, heavy rain and flooding, or courier backlog around Eid and Black Friday.
When that happens we stay on it and keep you updated on WhatsApp until the parcel is in your hands.
