How do I choose the right abaya length?
Measure from your shoulder to the floor in the shoes you’ll wear, then pick the closest length on the product page. If you’re between two, size up — hems are easy to shorten locally. The size guide has a length-by-height chart.
Can I exchange a piece?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Message us first so we can reserve the replacement size before it sells out. Innerwear, hijab caps and niqabs are final sale for hygiene reasons — see returns & exchanges.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
No. We deliver within Pakistan only, including AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan. If you’re ordering as a gift for someone in Pakistan, just give us their local address and phone number.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, everywhere we deliver, up to Rs. 25,000 per order. Above that we ask for advance payment by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash.
Are fabric swatches available?
For bulk and wedding orders, yes. Tell us which fabrics you’re deciding between and we’ll post a swatch card.
